Shipping Nationwide. Call
We ship nationwide (contact us for Hawaii, Alaska and Canada) via different carriers. We have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery and freight carriers nationwide. When your order ships, we will notify you of all carrier and tracking information as well as the estimated delivery date and time via email. After an order is placed, it usually takes 7-14 business days to process and leave the warehouse. Once it has been picked up by one our shipping companies, delivery is usually made between 4-5 business days.
As soon as we ship your order we will be emailing you the appropriate tracking number and the shipping company contact information.
Please note:
- Our shipments are fully insured by all of our carriers
- All wood floors units will be delivered knocked down (disassembled), in order for them not to incur any damages during shipment.
- Upon delivery of your order, although the wood floors box's weight is less then 40Lbs, but because of the length of the door the driver would need help un-loading the door by the customer.
